Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz Wispride soft cheese or other port wine flavored cheese
  • 3 oz Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of Worchester sauce
  • Parsley
  • Walnuts

Preparation

Mix the cheeses together with onions, milk, and Worchester sauce.

Form into two or three balls.

Roll in parsley and chopped nuts.

Serve with crackers.
