Ingredients
- 8 oz package of cream cheese softened
- 8 oz Wispride soft cheese or other port wine flavored cheese
- 3 oz Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of Worchester sauce
- Parsley
- Walnuts
Preparation
Mix the cheeses together with onions, milk, and Worchester sauce.
Form into two or three balls.
Roll in parsley and chopped nuts.
Serve with crackers.
