Ingredients
- 1 mango, ripe but not too soft, peeled
- 1 frozen banana, pre-sliced
- ½ cup lite coconut milk
- ½ cup low fat milk
- ¼ teaspoon pure rum extract
- 8-10 ice cubes
Directions
Add the first five ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Add ice and continue blending until smooth and creamy.
