Ingredients :
- 3 slices of crumbled cooked bacon.
- 1 (9 inch) pastry shell, partially baked.
- ½ cup of heavy cream.
- 4 ounces of softened roquefort cheese.
- 1 minced scallion.
- 3 slightly beaten eggs.
- 2 tbsps of butter.
Direction :
Scatter the cheese, bacon and scallion in the pastry shell.
In a bowl, mix together the eggs and cream and pour the mixture over the shell.
Dot with butter and bake in a preheated oven to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
