These “bath bouquets” are more than just a piece of decor-the steam and heat from the shower helps to release the aromatherapy powers of the plants, making them good for your mind and body, too.

Though there is limited research on the topic, some experts believe aromatherapy can be helpful when trying to alleviate pain, improve mood, and encourage relaxation, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center. If nothing else, the branches will at least make your bathroom smell like a fancy spa!
