Cheesy Italian Sausage Appetizer Bites
Italian sausage, herbs, garlic, and a 5 cheese blend. Perfect for Game Day or anytime you want a cheesy, meaty snack. Serve right out of the oven or make ahead and reheat later.

Ingredients

bulk Italian sausage

baking mix
(such as Bisquick )

16 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend or shredded mozzarella cheese ((such as Kraft))

cup
grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoon
Italian seasoning
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
cup
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut uncooked sausage into 8-10 chunks.
Thoroughly mix together the sausage and the rest of the ingredients using your hands or the dough hook of a stand mixer.
Using a cookie scoop, drop sausage bites onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool 4-5 minutes before serving.
