Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the bread pan in this order (or however is recommended by your bread machine. But it’s probably this order).
Select the dough cycle and let it go. When it’s done, take it out and roll or stretch the dough out to fit your pizza pan.
I sprinkled it with cornmeal because it was really sticky. I put my dough into a rectangle cookie sheet and it made for a nice thick crust..
So I had my pan full of pizza dough and then proceeded to top it with sauce (I used Boboli sauce, 2 packets), pepperoni, cheddar and a couple shredded string cheese sticks (hey! They were the only mozzarella cheese I had on hand!).
I popped it into my oven at 425 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. YUM! I will definitely do this again. The boys LOVED it! YAY!
