Ingredients

flour

salt

white sugar
1 1/2

yeast
1/4
cup
vegetable oil

water
Instructions
In a large bowl add sugar, water and yeast. Stir to combine.
Let sit for 5 to 15 minutes.
Add salt, oil, 3 cups flour and mix well.
Add remaining flour.
Dust a surface with flour and turn out dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl and let rise for one hour.
Punch down dough and divide in half. Jelly roll your dough and place in sprayed baking pans.
Let rise for one hour.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Brush tops with butter if desired.
