Homemade Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

Tomato

of Diced Red Onion

– 2 Jalapenos

Bunch of cilantro

Minced garlic

Juice of Lime

Salt
Instructions
Dice 2 – 3 tomatoes,and place them in a medium bowl.
Dice 3 Tbsp of red onion and place them in the bowl with the tomato.
Finely chop 1 – 2 jalapenos, deseeded.
These were very mild, but use your own judgement. For more heat leave the seeds in.
Chop half a bunch of cilantro, and place it in the bowl.
Add 2 tsp minced garlic to the bowl.
If using fresh garlic cut this back to 1 large clove.
Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl.
Add ½ tsp salt to the bowl, and stir it all together.
Cover the bowl and keep in the refrigerator until you’re ready for it.
