Grandmas Stuffing Balls

Ingredients
approximately 2 loafs of dried bread crumbs
4
stalks celery
finely chopped
1
stick of butter
1
small onion
finely chopped
1
can turkey or chicken broth
Seasonings
3/4
Teaspoon
salt
1/2
Teaspoon
sage
1/4
Teaspoon
poultry
1/4
Teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in large skillet
Add celery and onion
Saute until tender
Pour saute mixture over bread crumbs
Add seasonings
Add turkey or chicken broth slowly until bread sticks together, but not too sticky
Shape stuffing into balls and bake until browned
