3eggsscrambled
5 -6slicesbacon cooked and chopped
1lb.ground cooked sausage of your choice
2cupscheddar and mozzarella mix
3"stalks" green onion...whites and allchopped
1tomatosliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
If using pre-made dough, remove from bag and let rest on counter for a few minutes to let "puff".
While waiting for dough, grease 12 in pizza pan with olive oil and lightly dust with cornmeal.
Roll dough slightly larger than your pan, then place onto pan using extra to form your crust. Gently poke with fork....this prevents those giant air bubbles from forming.
Spoon and spread sauce evenly over the crust.
Spread hashbrowns evenly over sauce, then add eggs, bacon, and sausage.
Use 2/3 of green onions over top.
Cover with all of your cheese.
Spinkle last 1/3 of the green onions over the cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and lay sliced tomato on top and let rest 2-3 minutes.
Slice and Serve!
Notes
*So, this one time? I wanted to make this pizza...and I had no ground sausage. I had sausage patties. So I cooked them...chopped them...and used them. Guess what. No diff. Go for it...its still sausage.
**You can also use Boboli or the dough in a can....just adjust your cooking times per their advice.
