chopped yellow onions
Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix the first 6 ingredients together
Then mix in milk then mix in onions. Batter will be thick.
Heat about 1/2 inch vegetable or canola oil in a skillet over medium high heat
Drop Tablespoons of batter in hot oil and flatten slightly and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or till crispy and brown
Drian on paper towels and serve warm
