Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the kielbasa in the butter until it is nicely browned. Set the kielbasa aside once done.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook over medium heat until it becomes translucent.
Drain the sauerkraut and add it to the skillet with the onions, mixing thoroughly.
Return the kielbasa to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
