Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and cut the chicken breasts into three pieces each.
For Chicken Preparation:
Using a food processor, crush the Ritz crackers into coarse crumbs.
Prepare three bowls: one with milk, another with cheese, and the last for the cracker crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
Coat each piece of chicken in the milk, then press it into the cheese, ensuring a generous layer covers the chicken before rolling it in the cracker crumbs.
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and arrange the chicken pieces inside.
Sprinkle the dried parsley over the arranged chicken for added flavor.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 35 minutes. Afterward, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the tops are crispy and golden brown.
For Creamy Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and butter. Cook over medium-high heat until hot and bubbly.
Serve the creamy sauce generously atop the crispy chicken.
