ripe honeydew melon

teaspoons
honey or maple syrup

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Cut the honeydew into 1-inch pieces and arrange them on a baking tray.
Freeze the pieces for 4-6 hours until they are completely solid.
Transfer the frozen honeydew chunks into a blender along with the lemon juice and honey or maple syrup.
To help with blending, you might need to add a few tablespoons of water.
If your blender isn't powerful, a food processor works well too.
Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Return the blended mixture to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set.
