crushedamountcorn tortilla chipsfor serving
2-3tablespoonssliced scallionsplus more for serving
Instructions
Start by halving the jalapeños and removing the seeds and membranes.
In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of this mixture into each pepper half.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the stuffed jalapeños in the basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes until they're nicely golden.
While the peppers are air frying, place your tortilla chips in a zip-lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until fine.
As soon as the jalapeños are done, take them out and sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on top of each one. Serve with sliced scallions and a side of Ranch Dressing if desired. Enjoy!
