Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet or baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
Use your hands to form 12 balls of cookie dough and place them on the lined baking sheet. Press down on each ball to shape it into a cookie.
Bake the cookies for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges start to brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
