chopped into 1-inch cubes

of avocado oil

tablespoon
of garlic powder
2
tablespoons
of freshly chopped rosemary
Salt
as needed
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, avocado oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Place the seasoned potatoes into the basket of your air fryer. Set the temperature to 400°F and cook for 30 minutes.
About halfway through the cooking time, remove the basket and give it a good shake to ensure even cooking. Be careful as the basket might be hot.
Return the basket to the air fryer and continue cooking until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Once cooking is complete, remove the basket and immediately transfer the potatoes to a serving dish to prevent them from steaming and softening.
Sprinkle with extra rosemary and salt before serving. Enjoy!
