Start by chopping the onion finely and dicing the green bell pepper after removing the seeds.
For Sloppy Joe Filling:
In a bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, brown sugar, and tomato sauce thoroughly.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes, using a spatula to break it apart until browned.
