8. Sudden mood change

When your mood changes suddenly without any reason and it persists for days, you are probably running low on potassium. This minute you are very lively and beaming with smiles and the next minute, you become so gloomy like you just heard bad news. It is usually caused by low potassium. Mental fatigue is another similar medical condition caused by the same potassium deficiency.

7. Nausea

When your kidney stops working properly, there will be a loss of vital nutrients as it will be difficult for the body to absorb all the necessary nutrients. It is usually caused by low potassium and it results in stomach upset which in turn leads to nausea. Sometimes, the nausea is accompanied by dizziness or weakness.

6. Passing out

Low potassium stops the kidneys from functioning properly and this can sometimes lead to frequent urination and low blood pressure. Unfortunately, when both conditions strike at the same time, you may pass out.
