Simple Spanish Rice

O-M-G! I’ve been searching for a good Spanish Rice recipe. I have to tell you that yummy Spanish Rice isn’t as easy as it sounds. Getting that authentic flavor is tough unless you know how to make it.  My hubby and I have been trying to make our own recipe for years but it just never turned out. We gave up and found a recipe to try. It was so simple and went perfectly with our yummy tacos.

This batch made a lot of rice and we will be incorporating into other meals this week. The smell and flavor are fantastic. The best part is that it’s so cheap to make.
