She’s taking fried-chicken and baking it in the oven foroven-fried chicken with all the taste of the regular kind and far less of the fat and calories. Check it out!
You’ll Need
– 3 1/2 pounds fresh chicken drumsticks
– 2 tablespoons salted Cajun seasoning (Divas Can Cook recommends Old Bay)
– Liquid smoke
– 1 cup flour
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 eggs
– Two 5-ounce bags seasoned croutons, crushed
– 3 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
– Parsley (optional)
