1package9.6 ounces of Jimmy Dean® Original Hearty Pork Sausage Crumbles

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Arrange the refrigerated biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them about 1 to 2 inches apart. Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until they turn a beautiful golden brown, which usually takes around 13 to 15 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking, cook the pork sausage crumbles in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently and cook until the sausage is thoroughly heated, usually for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Once the sausage is cooked, stir in the all-purpose flour until it is well combined with the sausage. Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously to prevent lumps from forming. Continue stirring until the gravy thickens and comes to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the gravy simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Stir the gravy occasionally during this time to ensure it doesn't stick to the bottom of the skillet. Season the gravy with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste preferences.
When the biscuits are ready, split them in half. Place two halves on each of 8 plates. Top each biscuit half with approximately 1/3 cup of the prepared sausage gravy.
