Instructions
Slice the potatoes into small, bite-sized chunks, around 1/2” to 3/4” thick, and place them into a medium mixing bowl. Pour the olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle with the seasonings. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping and tossing the potatoes halfway through the cooking process. Continue air frying until the potatoes are crispy and golden on the outside and tender when pierced with a fork. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
