Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
Arrange the green beans in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overlapping. You may need to cook them in two batches. Air fry for 2 minutes, then remove them onto a paper towel-lined sheet to cool slightly.
While the green beans cool, set up your breading station with three plates: one with all-purpose flour, the second with the beaten eggs, and the third with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
Increase the air fryer temperature to 390°F.
Begin breading by coating each green bean in flour, then dipping it in the eggs, and finally rolling it in the panko mixture.
Place the breaded green beans in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded. Air fry for about 5 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking process.
Once done, remove the green beans from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. If desired, season with salt and pepper before serving.
