Instructions
Prepare the brownie mix following the instructions listed on the package.
Transfer the brownie batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake the brownies as directed, removing them from the oven 5 minutes before the cooking time is complete.
Immediately drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the still-warm brownies.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly across the surface.
