Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Lean ground beef
- 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 strips Cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 c Breadcrumbs either seasoned or panko
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c Ketchup plus 1/4 c for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- First, in a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 cup ketchup. Add salt and pepper to taste, then mix in the mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Next, gently mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to over mix.
- Place the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Shape it into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup evenly on top of the meatloaf. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
- Allow the meatloaf to cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
