Instructions
Start by heating a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef along with the hamburger seasoning, cooking until the meat turns brown. Drain any excess fat.
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked meat with cheese wedges, ketchup, mustard, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Mix everything together and microwave on high for about one minute. Stir again to ensure the meat is well-coated.
Take a quarter of the meat mixture (around 2/3 cup) and place it in the center of each Flatout. Spread it out lengthwise, leaving an inch of space at each end. Top the meat with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
Fold the ends of the Flatout over the filling, then roll it up tightly to enclose the mixture. Lightly spray the skillet with cooking spray and bring it back to medium-low heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet (I usually cook two at a time) and let them brown for 3-4 minutes until golden. Flip the wraps and cook until the other side is golden as well.
