1/2cupshredded cheddar cheeseor 2 slices, at room temperature
2tablespoonsguacamoleat room temperature
2slicesbaconcrispy and crumbled (optional)
1tablespooncrushed tortilla chipsoptional
Instructions
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the unbuttered side of one slice, place half of the shredded cheese. Next, layer on the guacamole, crumbled bacon, and tortilla chips. Top with the remaining cheese and cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted, approximately 2-4 minutes per side.
