Combine melted butter with grated garlic and set aside.
Open the biscuit can and place the biscuits on a cutting board.
Gently flatten each biscuit, being careful not to thin them too much to prevent cheese from escaping during cooking.
Brush the top side of each biscuit with the garlic butter mixture. Place a cheese cube in the center and fold the biscuit around it, pinching the edges together. Roll gently in your hands and place on a plate.
Repeat this process for all biscuits.
Wrap each biscuit with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Return to the plate and repeat for each one.
Heat canola or vegetable oil in a skillet to 350 degrees F. Ensure the oil is not too hot.
Fry each biscuit for about 1.5 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain the fried cheese bombs on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
Serve warm with garlic butter or marinara sauce for dipping.
