Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add the cauliflower pieces to the bowl and toss them in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
While the cauliflower bakes, prepare the Buffalo sauce by mixing the melted butter with the hot sauce in a separate bowl.
After baking, transfer the cauliflower to the Buffalo sauce and stir gently with a spatula to coat all pieces.
Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and broil for an additional 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
Serve the hot Buffalo cauliflower bites with ranch dip and enjoy!
