Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, butter, and cake mix. Stir until well blended.
Incorporate the zucchini into the mixture, ensuring it's evenly distributed. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, keeping some aside to sprinkle on top.
Pour the batter evenly into the two prepared pans. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top of the batter.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pans for at least 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
