3/4cupDuke's mayonnaise
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1pinchsaltor to taste
1pinchblack pepperor to taste
Instructions
Fill a large pot with water and add the chicken tenderloins. Bring the water to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Cook the tenderloins for 8 to 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Be careful not to overcook, as the chicken can become rubbery.
Remove the chicken from the water and let it cool. Use a mixer or food processor to shred the chicken finely. A hand mixer works best for quick and fine shredding.
Use your food processor to dice the celery into fine pieces.
Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir well to mix everything together.
