In a big bowl, mix together the Rice Chex cereal and pretzel pieces.
Melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips together. You can do this on the stovetop or in the microwave. Just make sure it’s nice and smooth!
Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate over the cereal and pretzel mix. Stir it well so everything is coated.
Pop the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes, just until it starts to set up a bit.
Once it’s chilled, take it out. In another large bowl, sprinkle half a cup of powdered sugar at the bottom. Add half of your cereal mix on top, then sprinkle another half cup of powdered sugar over it. Layer the rest of the chocolate mixture on top.
Gently stir everything together until the powdered sugar is mixed in and the cereal is well coated.
Chill it again for another 30 to 60 minutes, so it sets properly.
When it’s ready, add more powdered sugar, about ¼ cup at a time, until the mix is fully coated.
Toss in the M&Ms and mini peanut butter cups, and give it a good stir to combine everything.
Transfer your yummy puppy chow to a serving bowl and enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
