Prepare the biscuit mix according to the instructions on the package and set it aside.
Preheat your oven to 375°F and coat two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, smoked paprika, dried onion, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and crushed crackers. Mix thoroughly, adding extra mayonnaise if needed to achieve the right consistency.
Scoop some of the biscuit mix onto a floured hand to form a small cup shape. Add a scoop of the crab mixture into the center of the biscuit cup.
Cover the crab mixture with additional biscuit dough. Repeat the process until all the dough and crab mixture are used.
Place each biscuit into the prepared muffin tins. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Brush the baked biscuits with a blend of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Enjoy!
