Instructions
Heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pot over medium-high heat until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix, egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil until well combined.
Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, then carefully place it into the hot oil.
Fry for 30 seconds to 1 minute, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown. Avoid overcooking.
Remove the marshmallows and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Serve warm, drizzled with chocolate syrup, and topped with whipped cream and sprinkles.
