Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
Blend the bananas, sugar, and oil together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and fold until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
Allow the banana bread to cool completely in the pan before removing it. Once cool, slice and serve.
