Ingredients
1
can (16.3 oz)
Grands-style biscuits
16
cheddar cheese cubes
3/4" x 3/4"
4
tablespoons
unsalted butter
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon
Italian herbs seasoning
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese
finely grated
2
tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped
Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Using a serrated knife, slice each biscuit in half. Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking spray and arrange the biscuit halves on it.
Place a cheddar cheese cube in the center of each biscuit half. Wrap the dough around the cheese, ensuring the seams are pinched tight.
Lay the seam side down on the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. You might need to bake them in batches.
In a small bowl, melt the butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in the microwave.
Brush 3 tablespoons of this garlic butter mix over the tops of the wrapped biscuits.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the biscuits.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Be cautious not to overbake, or the cheese may ooze out.
Once out of the oven, brush the remaining garlic butter over the tops, garnish with parsley, and serve them warm.
