Instructions
In a bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients and set it aside.
Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, mince the garlic, and slice the beef thinly.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a bit of oil. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Take the beef out of the pan and set it aside.
