Instructions
Brew a strong, rich coffee using an espresso machine or moka pot. The coffee should be concentrated and flavorful.
Pour the brewed coffee into a glass, add icing sugar, stir well, and let it cool down to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for a faster process.
Whip the cold heavy cream until fluffy and holds peaks.
Gently fold in the cooled coffee mixture into the whipped cream and stir until combined and thickened.
Transfer the mixture into a container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
