of chopped or chip white chocolate

of granulated sugar

of packed light brown sugar

large eggs

of vanilla extract

heaping tablespoon of matcha powder
plus 1 teaspoon for dusting
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate using a microwave (30-second intervals) or a double boiler.
Cream the butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, then mix in the melted chocolate.
Combine the flour and matcha powder, then fold into the batter. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch baking pan lined with greased foil.
Bake at 350°F in a preheated oven for around 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Allow to cool, slice into pieces, and dust with matcha powder using a fine mesh sieve.
