Instructions
Begin by greasing a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
For the Base:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add marshmallows, Nutella, and a pinch of salt, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
Gently mix in the crispy rice cereal and crushed pretzel sticks until everything is well incorporated.
Firmly press the blend into the prepared baking dish and let it cool.
For the Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips along with the heavy cream. Heat in 15-second increments while stirring until smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly over the set cereal treat base.
While the chocolate is still warm, scatter the crushed pretzels on top and sprinkle with coarse sea salt if desired.
Let the bars cool until they are firm. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!
