Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Snap off woody ends of asparagus.
Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Combine flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a separate bowl.
Dip asparagus spears into egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture.
Place asparagus spears on prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don't overlap.
Roast for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
