Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
Cut the biscuits in half. Flatten each half into a circle using your thumb.
Add a small amount of marinara sauce, a slice of pepperoni, and a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit circle.
Fold the edges over the filling, ensuring there are no gaps, and place the sealed pizza bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Brush this mixture over each pizza bomb and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pizza bombs are golden brown.
Once slightly cooled, serve them with marinara sauce on the side.
