Country Sausage, potatoes and green beans
A delicious southern staple.

Ingredients

large Potatoes
4
cans Green beans
sausage
Onion
Instructions
Peel and chunk potatoes.
Place at the bottom of crock pot.
Thrown in a onion cut in half.
Pour green beans in pot over potatoes.
Then add sausage that you cut into 1 inch pieces.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Notes
If you want to use frozen green beans you could use either water OR stock to add more flavor.
I like to use a smoked sausage which gives the entire dish a smokey flavor.
