Instructions
In a bowl, combine the tuna, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Mix well.
Add the Panko breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley to the bowl. Stir until the mixture forms a thick batter.
With slightly wet hands, shape the mixture into 12 patties.
Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Repeat until all patties are cooked.
