1/2cupseasoned breadcrumbs(whole wheat or gluten-free)
1tspmarjoram
2tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspkosher salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce with 2 tablespoons of ketchup.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat and sauté the chopped onion until it turns translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a larger bowl, combine ground turkey with the sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, egg, remaining ketchup, kosher salt, and marjoram, mixing until everything is evenly incorporated.
Place the turkey mixture into a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf and place it on a lined baking sheet. Top with the rest of the ketchup.
Bake uncovered for 55 to 60 minutes. Once done, allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the meatloaf warm, pairing it with mashed potatoes or a fresh garden salad for a fulfilling meal.
