Blend the watermelon cubes until they become a smooth puree.
Mix the cooled sugar water with the watermelon puree. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for sorbet.

If you don't own an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Stir occasionally until the sorbet reaches the desired texture. If it freezes too hard, let it thaw slightly and blend it again for the perfect consistency.
