Instructions
Begin by mashing the banana in a large bowl.
For Granola Base:
Combine the mashed banana with rolled oats, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and a sprinkle of salt until the mixture is well integrated.
Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it and fill each compartment with the granola mixture, pressing down firmly to create a crust.
Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator to chill for about one hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake the cups for 30 minutes or until they turn golden brown. After baking, allow them to cool completely.
