Quick, easy and tasteful dessert for every occasion. Peanut butter and chocolate together are the best combination ever and when you take the first bite you just know that your diet is gone with the wind.
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
- 5 teaspoons peanut butter
Mix the ingredients in a large bowl (peanut butter, melted butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar) and when fully combined spread it on the oiled square plate thick as desirable.
Refrigerate until you prepare the chocolate topping.
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave oven and pour it on the top.
Refrigerate until cool.
NOTES: Always cut with hot knife – cuttings look nicer.
