Best Beef Meatloaf with Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

average size onion - finely diced

clove garlic - minced

average carrots diced

bread crumbs

egg

horseradish

Worcestershire sauce

pinch of pepper

ground beef

ketchup
Instructions
Put the onion, carrots and garlic into the skillet with a tablespoon of oil. Cook for about 8 minutes until softened.
Stir occasionally. Add meat, bread crumbs, egg, horse radish, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Stir until combined. Place the mixture into the log pan covered with baking paper.
Brush ketchup all over it and put it into the preheated oven to 375 F degrees for 45 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
